Nestled under beautiful, carefully tied, beautiful ribbon and specially selected, exquisite papers imported from Florence you will find hand and home made p a n e f o r t e, an intoxicating Italian specialty food thought to have originated in Siena, in the region of Tuscany during the thirteenth century.

A triumph of aromas, taste and textures. Slim slices of this rich sensation! Divine with coffee, tea, liqueur, cognac, brandy, vin santo and a host of after dinner drinks. The perfect finish to a beautiful meal. Stunning on a cheese board, crowning a bowl of good vanilla bean ice cream or as some say. . . with nothing at all!

ROMAGNA 29 is a small, privately owned and operated enterprise located in the Macedon Ranges. After many years hand making

p a n e f o r t e for family, friends and colleagues, we are delighted to make it available for you to purchase.

Each p a n e f o r t e is generous and made completely by hand, at home to a treasured Italian family recipe, using select ingredients. No two are exactly the same. Small batches are made to order for each customer.

paneforte is now available with a generous layer of fine, dark, delicious, decedent chocolate of high quality.

If the want of your senses is for the luscious sight, aroma, taste and feel of richly dark chocolate, and that sigh of relief, you must look for our exquisitely wrapped paneforte tied together with a distinctive ribbon the colour of cocoa.
